FAQ ABOUT BOOKING A BIRTHDAY PARTY:
We’re here to help! We know how stressful party days are and that’s why we’re designed to make your day a breeze.

Firstly, thank you for your interest in booking a party with KidZ Korner Party&Play.
You may arrive to KidZ Korner 30 minutes before your party to set up your decor, bring in food, etc. We do offer an add on for an EXTRA 30 minutes (1 full hour before your party) to set up if needed for an additional $25.
Each party at KidZ Korner will have their own party attendant to make sure the party runs smoothly. Your attendant will get with you to see what time you would like to do food, cake/ice cream, the birthday child’s ride through town park, etc. They are also there for absolutely anything you may need! Just let them know

No. You are given a PRIVATE party room to enjoy your food, cake and time with your guests, however the play area will remain open to the public unless you purchase the Condo or Castle Party Package.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and will not be returned upon deciding to cancel your party. However, there is no penalty for rescheduling your date.
You are required to pay the remainder of the amount at least one week before the party.

We totally understand that unexpected things happen and stuff changes.
Don’t worry.. We have a $0 rescheduling fee for the 1st time you reschedule. Any additional rescheduling, there will be a $25 fee.

We get it! Unexpected things happen and you may need to cancel.
If we are notified of your cancellation at least 1 week before your party, you will receive your money back, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit.
If we are notified less than a week before your party, KidZ Korner Party&Play will refund 50% of the total party amount.
